Xpertality was founded by Kristian, a property owner who wanted to make landlords' lives easier. He envisioned a service where landlords could hand over the hassles of property management, relax, and simply enjoy the fruits of their investments.

Kristian began his property management journey in 2014 in Arizona by renting large multifamily homes. His vision shifted when he moved and invested in San Francisco, where real estate is more expensive. He had an idea, what if he could rent each room individually and increase his earnings? Not only did it increase his monthly income by 300%, but it proved to be more profitable, covering mortgage, insurance, and maintenance costs while sustaining his investments. Now Kristian wants to help other property owners, who like him know the value of time and acknowledge the challenges of renting out properties.
